Refund Policy

When refunds are considered

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital educational content, all payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Exceptions

  • A duplicate payment was made.
  • A technical error prevented access after payment.
  • A billing error occurred through Paystack.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
